Fire station tower apartment

This unique apartment is dramatically nested within a historic building—the city’s old fire station. The enduring firefighting theme set a powerful tone for the entire design concept, with the building’s tall tower dictating a distinctly vertical layout centered around a striking spiral staircase. The project focused heavily on preserving the structure’s authenticity: the authentic brick walls were carefully restored to reveal their original texture, and vintage furnishings were selected to complement the historic setting and add a sense of timeless elegance. Breaking away from the muted historical background, the interior features a bold use of vibrant colors and courageous accents that inject a playful, modern energy into the space. Furthermore, mirrors were strategically placed in unexpected locations to playfully reflect light and views, visually enhance the space, and add an element of surprise. The final design is a spectacular blend of historical architecture, sophisticated modern living, and fearless contemporary design choices.
